Product Description / General Purpose
Stuccoat by Stucco Manila is a high quality Super Fine Skim Coat for in-door and out-door use. The product is colored and is not supposed to be painted. The product is hydrophobic meaning it will be water repellant by nature.
The product is a polymer modified lime-cement based plaster specially formulated for use on rigid and semi flexible substrates, including cement render, concrete, fiber cement boards and plywood. The product have good adhesion to all mineral based surfaces.
The product is supplied as a premixed dry mortar, only needed to mix with water and the material is ready to use.
International Standard
Stuccoat by Stucco Manila is tested according to EN 1015 and is fulfilling all requirements to be General Purpose Rendering /Plastering mortar in accordance to EN 998-1.

Product Safety

The product is a cement based product and may cause skin irritation. Avoid contact with skin by wearing suitable clothing and gloves. In the event of contact with skin, wash with clean water to minimize possible irritation. If any material gets into the eyes, wash immediately and repeatedly with eyewash or clean water.
If the irritation persist, seek medical treatment.
Application
Packing and storage: The material is packed in 20 kg paper bags and have to be stored in dry conditions.
Surface preparation: Ensure the substrate is sound, clean and free from any dust, loose particles and contamination like oil, grease including form-oil compounds. Uneven surfaces should be grinded down or patched.
Mixing: Mix the powder with 40 +/- 1% clean water (approx. 8 liter per 20 kg bag). Diamond Finish Coat White is a premixed ready to use product only addition of water is needed for the mixing.
Note: Do not mix with sand. Thoroughly mix until a homogenous mix, keep for 5 minutes and mix again before use.
Mixing equipment: Electric stirrer.
Application: Apply onto substrate by manual or mechanical means in one or two layers. Level out the material using a spatula. Recommended thickness 1-2 mm. Do not exceed a thickness of more than 3 mm.
